LOT Vacuum, a Korean company who is developing, producing and selling a Vacuum Dry Pumps for a Semiconductor and Display Industry markets under the banner of securing the fundamental technology of a Semiconductor and Display Industry in Korea, has taken over the Vacuum Dry Pump Business from Leybold Vacuum in German who has lots of accumulated technology and know-how through over 150 years experience in Vacuum Industry on July 1, 2002.

With the innovative Split-Flow Screw Design, our own brand name 'DuraDryTM' series can cover all the process of a Semiconductor and Display Industry with high performance and reliability. In particular, our 'DuraDryTM' series have shown their strength to the customers and kept excellent reputation with no competition in 'Heavy Duty Application' where plenty of reacted by-products are generated. For these reasons, LOT Vacuum has proved our recognition again in the quality and technology by supplying a great amount of ' DuraDryTM' to the world largest and the state-of-the-art 300 mm semiconductor mass production fab in Korea.

We are making R&D investment unceasingly and aggressively to adjust ourselves to the rapidly changing market flexibly and to prepare for the all demands of future markets in advance. And our new product of next generation will be launched in the market soon for responding to the needs of various customers.
